Mix desired scoops in a glass of water.

NORMAL WEIGHT LOSS
1-2 scoops before meal
FAST WEIGHT LOSS
2.5 scoops 15 mins before breakfast and 2.5 scoops before dinner. (May cause boosted digestion)
- Follow the diet plan. Avoid roti, chicken, rice, meat, oily food and sugar.
- Sleep early around 10pm and for at least 6–7 hours (Slimi works faster that way)
- Morning empty stomach 30 mins brisk walk.
