- SUBSTITUTES OF ITEMS GIVEN IN THE DIET PLAN:

- HOW TO USE• Doses are to be consumed with room temperature or lukewarm water.
- FOR WEIGHTLOSS(Weight loss results depends on the amount of doses you consume per day).
NORMAL WEIGHTLOSS:
1-2 Scopes 15 mins before breakfast.
FAST WEIGHTLOSS:
2.5 scoops 15 mins before breakfast and 2.5 scopes 15 mins before dinner

- Follow The Diet Plan avoid: sugar, roti, rice, Fizzy Drinks, oily And Fatty Food).
- 8 Glass Or More Of Water Daily.
1 Hour Of Fast Walk (better If Empty Stomach In The Morning). - Fix Your Sleeping Schedule, Sleep Early Around 8-9 pm, and avoid Eating Anything 4 Hours Before Of Sleep.
- Avoid Meat In The Dinner Instead, Have It In Day Time.
- Avoid Broiler Chicken On Daily Basis Instead U Can Have It After 3-4 Days In Noon Time Around 200g, As It Contains Steroids In It’s Meat Which Will End Up Gaining Ur Weight.

- STUCK WEIGHT?
- Eat vegetables in breakfast lunch and dinner bellyful with a spoon only for 1 week.
- Avoid using SLIMI for 1 week but follow the other given instructions.
- After 1 week, start using SLIMI with the given diet plan and instructions.
- FOR MAINTAINING WEIGHT
- 3 Scoops with Water 15 Mins Before Dinner.
- Drink 8 Glass Or More Of Water.
NOTE:
2 doses could cause diarrhea which is normal and part of the process of rapid weight loss.
If you’re not good with 2 doses then consume 1 dose but it will affect the weight loss procedure.
